Please read this page before you order or use GetTwitterRetweets.com (“we,” “us,” or “GTR”). By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new version. If a change is important, we’ll try to make it obvious on the site or by email when we can.
Some pages (for example a specific service or promotion) may add extra rules; those apply in addition to this page when you use that part of the site.
Website content and ownership
Text, graphics, logos, layouts, and other materials on this site belong to us or our licensors. Don’t copy, scrape, redistribute, or modify them for commercial use without our written permission.
What we do—and what we’re not
We provide social promotion services (followers, views, plays, and similar metrics) to support your online presence. Numbers are intended for social proof and credibility; we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, viral reach, engagement rates, etc.).
We are an independent provider. We’re not Twitter/X, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform. We can’t control or fix account bans, strikes, or policy decisions those companies make. You use third-party platforms at your own risk.
You’re responsible for keeping your profiles active with content that fits each platform’s rules so results look natural alongside your organic activity.
We may refuse service to anyone (for example fraud, abuse, or illegal use). If we cancel for our convenience before delivery, we’ll return payments you’ve made for undelivered work as appropriate.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully. You won’t:
- Try to break security, overload systems, or disrupt the site for others.
- Access areas or data you’re not allowed to use.
- Alter our pages, inject malware, or misuse APIs or forms.
- Use our services for spam, harassment, impersonation, or anything illegal.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules without prior warning in serious cases.
Information you send us
We collect and use the data we need to run your account and fulfill orders (see our privacy policy if we publish one on the site). Content you upload or send for support may be treated as non-confidential unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to operate support, improve the service, and resolve disputes, without owing you a fee for that use.
Accuracy of the site
We work to keep descriptions, prices, and delivery notes accurate. Typos, outdated lines, or third-party cache can still slip through. We may correct the site anytime. We’re not liable for minor errors that don’t materially affect your order once clarified in a ticket.
Orders, campaigns, and termination
These terms apply from when you submit an order until either side ends the relationship. We may end access if we believe you’re abusing the system (chargebacks, fake disputes, automated misuse, etc.). Amounts you legitimately owe us may be offset against your balance where applicable.
Overlapping promotions: Running another paid or automated growth campaign on the same profile at the same time as ours can mix traffic and make results hard to attribute. If you run parallel campaigns anyway, you accept that we may count delivery toward our campaign as described on the service page, and you’re responsible for conflicts with other vendors.
Refunds and account balance
We want fair outcomes. Refunds for unused account balance and failed delivery follow our refund policy. Please read it for time limits, tickets, and exclusions.
Promotional or bonus credit (free points, special top-ups, etc.) is not cash. It generally can’t be withdrawn—only used toward services—unless we say otherwise in writing for that promotion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Get Twitter Retweets and its operators from claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of platforms, or your content. Our total liability for a given issue is limited to what you paid us for the specific order in dispute in the twelve months before you notified us, except where the law doesn’t allow that cap.
We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; we provide the site “as is” aside from what we expressly promise on service pages and in tickets.
Entire agreement
These terms (plus the refund policy, any order-specific terms, and policies linked from the site) are the full agreement between you and us about using GetTwitterRetweets.com, unless we sign something separate with you.
