Refund policy
Last updated: March 2026
We want you to feel confident when you add funds or place an order. This page explains—in everyday language—when we can refund money, when we can’t, and what we can offer instead. If anything here conflicts with a written agreement you have with us, the agreement wins.
What we stand behind
Get Twitter Retweets (GetTwitterRetweets.com) is built around reliable delivery and fair treatment. We offer a money-back guarantee in the situations listed below. Outside those situations, refunds are generally not available, but we’re still happy to help through support, account credit, or re-delivery when it makes sense.
When you can request a refund
- Unused balance within 30 days. If you added money to your account and haven’t used it (or haven’t used all of it), you can ask to withdraw the unused balance within 30 days of the deposit. After 30 days, that window closes—we’re not able to process balance refunds for deposits older than that.
- We miss the delivery window. Service pages describe expected delivery ranges (often from minutes up to a few days). If we don’t complete your order within the time shown for that service—or within five (5) days if no specific time is stated—you’re eligible to ask for a refund for that order.
- We don’t deliver at all. If the campaign or order isn’t fulfilled as promised on our site, you can request a refund for that order.
Please open a support ticket to start a refund. For order-related refunds, wait at least 48 hours after placing the order before writing in, so our team can see delivery logs and fix issues without duplicate requests.
When we usually can’t refund
- The order was placed incorrectly (wrong link, wrong package, or steps on our site weren’t followed). Double-check URLs and options before you pay.
- A problem was caused by misleading information on a third-party site that isn’t ours—we’re only responsible for what we publish on GetTwitterRetweets.com.
- Promotional or bonus credit we’ve granted (for example free trial points or special top-ups) typically isn’t convertible to cash—those amounts stay as service credit unless we say otherwise.
Alternatives we often prefer
Sometimes a full cash refund isn’t the fastest way to make things right. Depending on the case, we may suggest:
- Account credit — so you can apply the amount to a future order (still subject to the 30-day rule for unused deposited balance where it applies).
- Re-delivery — if followers, views, or similar metrics drop shortly after delivery because of an issue on our side, we may re-run or top up the service within a reasonable period (typically discussed in your ticket).
Free trial and testing
When you register, you may receive complimentary points to try the panel. That’s meant to show you how orders flow before you add your own funds. Trial credit isn’t a cash balance and isn’t refundable as money.
Please read this bit
- We’re not responsible for platform bans, suspensions, or policy actions by social networks unless we clearly caused the issue and you document it in a ticket.
- Delivery times can shift slightly when volume is high or we’re upgrading systems—we’ll communicate significant delays when we can.
- We don’t control reviews or claims on other websites; only this site’s descriptions and your ticket history define what we agreed to deliver.
Need help before you ask for a refund?
Most problems are faster to fix than a dispute. Reach out anytime:
- Signed in: open a ticket from your support area.
- Everyone: Contact page or email info [at] gettwitterretweet.com, or call +1 (877) 667-3007 (Mon 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).
Refund decisions are made in line with this policy and the facts we see in your account and tickets. We review each case fairly and aim to leave you satisfied with the outcome.
